i know steve rawlings does the cover art with the good Lyra picture, but does anyone know who that is? this is also by him is it the same person

seventh towers sort of a series fiction
good for a light read and they have theres this cool idea of sunstones with different colors and the magic they do with em
and then they have these spiritshadows that they bind to them and serve them for life...theyre pretty fun
