How would you like to die?
Don't think i'm weird, i was just wondering. I'd rather drown, i've always liked the water and at least my body would still be all in one.

Hmm... I've always wanted to be stabbed... With a dagger preferably.
Thanks to Sarah Ellerton (http://www.arts-angel.com) for the pic of Quistis Trepe.

Hmm, this reminds me of a game me and my friends bought on the ferry to Germany..
It's called "Would you prefer"
One of the questions was
Would you prefer to
A: Die by drowning in mayo
OR
B: Be squashed to death by a sumo wrestler

Anyone here seen The Wicker Man? Man (ahem), the ending has put me off fire (and Scottish islands) for a looong time...
I joined this forum shortly after turning 17, and for several years was liable to be
any combination of angry, self-righteous, naive, uninformed, curt and belligerent.
Luckily this teenage attitude is only occasionally evident in my posts - but where
it is, I apologise, and ask you to read them with the understanding that I am no
longer quite so consumed by any of those characteristics.

I'd like to freeze to death. But I've always had some subconscious feeling that I'm going to die in an automobile accident, or stabbed by something... or maybe both

old age would be good.
urm, actually it wouldn't. i don't want to get old. i want to die peacefully, in the sunlight, in a kiddie's play park, whilst i'm sat on the swings with all my friends and family, and whilst listening to bon jovi's BED OF ROSES. there would have to be cakes and jam doughnuts and polo mints and kelly and barking dogs and screaming kids and the lazy buzzing of fat bumblebees and melting ice lollies and bottles of flat lemonade and lots of laughter all around me. and it would have been the best day of my life, and i would have looked around at everything i loved. then i'd quite happily die.
as long as i could come back at weekends to visit.

How the hell can you want to drown! picture it youd panic, thrash about, think about trying to get a breath of air when you cant, your lungs would feel burst your head would be agony and feel as if it was about to explode. water rushing into your nose and mouth instead of air*shudders*what a way to go.
me id like to go out doing something heroic or at least fight for my life, youd go into a mad frenzy befor you died. or get an injection and die peacefuly in sleep or old age asleep.

Drowning is like my worst fear. o_O I find it strange how so many think it'd be a freakin' peaceful way to die. Any rational person would just want to die in their sleep, unless they resented how they wouldn't be able to say their good-byes, if it was sudden.
My friends were talking about this same thing during lunch, and I indeed got upset. "Stop it! Why talk about such a thing??" They said if you were stranded on an island, would you break your legs, wade out into the water and drown, ran your head against a boulder, shoot yourself... Blargy.

stabbing would be an interesting way to go, but depending on the wounds, i might not actually die as i should have, considering there are many more people these days who are smart enough not to remove the knife.

Yikes...
I had to choose "other", because I want to die naturally when I'm old.
I've heard that there's a "pleasant" sensation just before drowning (people who have nearly drowned have said this) but I wouldn't want to try.
Have two in this poll seriously chosen "stabbed"?... That's among the worst I can think of...
