Pullman's Introduction in Paradise Lost

Postby Townie » Thu Oct 23, 2008 2:27 pm

According to today's Oxford Times PP has provided the introduction to a new illustrated version of Milton's Paradise Lost, printed by Oxford University Press.
"A man does not show his greatness by being at one extremity, but rather by touching both at once." - Blaise Pascal
"Better a cruel truth than a comfortable delusion" - Edward Abbey

I have it and its really good! It has illustrations from more than one artist as I remember. Nice chunky hardback with large margins - ideal for me since I've been lfrequently leafing through it and sacriligiously making notes all over it...
