Seen Any Films Lately?

Postby Saraneth » Sun Oct 20, 2002 9:22 pm

I saw "The Ring" last night, and I gotta tell you it is the scariest frickin movie I have ever seen. It's so creepy and scary and awesome you all have to see it. I'm still weirded out by it and was scared all last night. The whole theater was screamin and laughin and screamin more. Even the toughest kids said it was the scariest thing they've ever seen. Just gotta tell you, that you all should go see it. Has anyone else seen anything good lately?

lol, it's rare when I get into a movie theater... last movie I saw was Star Wars (come to think of it, the last five movies I saw was Star Wars twice and Lord of the Rings three times...)

I'd like to see Minority Report when it comes out on DVD though... did anybody see that in the theater? Is it any good?

It is the best film since LotR, probably on the same scale for a book - film as, noone had herd of the book before the fim came out

The bit @ the beginning was a bit scary but that was it, most of it was just intense

Is the book/short story worth reading? If so, who's it by (I'd remember if I heard it, but I just can't think of it right now)?

tuck everlasting was good. prolly more of a chick flick, but i'm perfectly ok with that. its still completely awesome, not to mention, the main guy is incredibly cute. sorry, i sound like a complete ditz, but it's 10:30 at night, so i don't really care. :D
